Since we first opened our doors in 1993, we have been driven by our unwavering commitment to quality, a responsibility shared by each and every one of our employees.
Over the years, that commitment has paid off, leading to over 10,000,000 square feet of roofing––and counting––on buildings of all sizes and shapes.
Today, our 50+ field workers handle over 200 roofing jobs a year, on projects ranging from single family homes and condominums to commercial buildings and government complexes.
Our management team provides the leadership, expertise and support required to maintain the highest level of quality services in the business. The team includes owner/operator Evan Serpanos, estimator Tom Derieux, customer service manager Alan Silva, office manager Kelly Gonzales and field superintendent John Hawley. They are considered by many to be among the best in the industry.
Safety is also a top priority for our employees. We have an excellent safety record, with a .63 Experience Mod, helping our crews come home safely to their families at the end of every work day.
We are in good financial standing with all suppliers and material manufacturers, ensuring that our customers will continue to receive quality materials, exceptional service and outstanding results.
